This event matters because GBR did not become family in one clean moment. It happened gradually, through repetition.
The Story
People kept showing up. Names became familiar. The group developed its own habits, jokes, loyalties, and silences. At first, the reason to gather was gaming. Over time, the reason became one another.
The matches mattered, but they were not what lasted most. What lasted was the feeling that this group had become a place to return to.
